Frequently Asked Questions
Our courier DPD will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery by email and/or text. If you miss the first delivery they will attempt a second time. After the second attempt your parcel will be stored at the local depot for 24 hours, if not collected it will be returned to us, extra charges will apply. If you’d like for us to re-send the parcel you’ll be required to cover the return cost as well as extra charges.
