Terms and Conditions for Salon Finder and Salon Finder Survey
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in The GelBottle Inc's Salon Finder feature ("Salon Finder") which will be featured on The GelBottle Inc's website and accessible internationally. By participating in this survey, and by submitting your information in response to the survey questions for inclusion in the Salon Finder, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Salon Finder Purpose & Participation:
1.1. The Salon Finder is a feature on The GelBottle Inc's website designed to help users discover and connect with accredited nail technicians, spas, salons, and beauty professionals who use The GelBottle Inc's products and services.
1.2. To be included in the Salon Finder, you must provide accurate and complete information in response to the survey questions.
2. Participation Eligibility:
2.1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
3. Survey Period:
3.1. The survey will be open for participation from 13 November 2023 – 30 June 2024.
4. Vetting Process and Inclusion:
4.1. All submissions to the Salon Finder will undergo a thorough vetting process by The GelBottle Inc ("TGB"). TGB reserves the right to review, verify, and validate the information provided in the survey questions.
4.2. The vetting process is conducted to ensure the authenticity, qualifications, and compliance with TGB's standards of nail technicians, salons, and beauty professionals before their potential inclusion in the Salon Finder.
4.3. TGB retains full discretion to determine which nail technicians, salons, spas, mobile salons or beauty professionals will be included in the Salon Finder. Inclusion is not guaranteed, and TGB may choose to accept or reject any submission based on its assessment of eligibility, authenticity, and alignment with TGB's standards and objectives.
4.4. TGB may, at its sole discretion, make periodic updates to the Salon Finder, which may include adding new salons, updating existing profiles, or removing profiles. TGB reserves the right to add or remove new salons or profiles from the Salon Finder without prior notice.
4.5. Inclusion in the Salon Finder is offered as a service by TGB, and it is provided at TGB's discretion. There is no fee associated with inclusion in the Salon Finder, and any changes or updates to the Salon Finder are the sole prerogative of TGB.
5. Inclusion in the Salon Finder:
5.1. If your submission is successful and meets TGB's criteria during the vetting process, your information, including your brand name, logo, and details provided, may be featured on The GelBottle Inc's website as part of the Salon Finder.
5.2. Inclusion in the Salon Finder is offered to you at no cost.
6. User Consent and Release
6.1. By submitting information, brand names, logos, and details for inclusion in the Website (e.g., Salon Finder), users grant The GelBottle, Inc worldwide, royalty-free rights to use this information for the purpose of featuring it on the Website.
6.2. Users also consent to the use of their information, including logos and brand names, for marketing and promotional materials related to the Website.
